MST Seminar Registration / Reservation

 

Instant web registration is a two-step process:

 

1) Pay by clicking one of the payment buttons below

2) Complete the web registration form

 

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, e-check (direct electronic payment from your checking account), Amex or PayPal payment are accepted through the secure PayPal payment processing system. Payment in full must be received prior to seminar date. We regret that we are unable to accept credit card payment over the phone. Please use payment buttons below or mail a check. (Checks must be received at least ten days in advance--one month for early registration rate.)

One week advance reservation is strongly suggested, although last-minute registration can be accomodated. Please check seminar date availability on main or dates/locations page. It is NOT necessary to call or e-mail to check space availability if the date is listed there.  Because registration is limited for each seminar, you are advised to reserve as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Some seminar dates do sometimes sell out several weeks in advance, especially during the spring peak season.

Reduced rate for early registration

 

Register and pay at least one month in advance and save $20. Click the button just below to pay the reduced early (1-month advance) rate of $475 by secure credit/debit card, PayPal or e-check (direct payment from your checking account) transaction. See below for standard (within 1-month) rate. Standard seminar payment

Be sure to 'whitelist' our email addess mst@stayhitched.com on your spam filter and/or check your junk/spam/trash folders.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement within four days (or by 48 hours prior to MST date), please check with us as to whether your reservation was received.

If you have not yet done so, after submitting your reservation information you must pay in full in order to complete your reservation. Your seminar reservation cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Payment in full must be received in advance. Payment can be made on-line using your credit card or e-check or by mail with your check. (Payment by check must be received at least ten days in advance.) See reservation page for details.

Reservation Changes and Refunds

 

If unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance on your reserved date, you may transfer your registration to any available future date within one year, as provided by our policy, detailed here.  Reservation and other fees are non-refundable, except in cases where payment is submitted for a seminar that is already fully subscribed or must be rescheduled. On occasion it is necessary to reschedule a seminar for reasons beyond our control. Reservation fees received for fully subscribed or rescheduled seminars will be refunded in full if you do not wish to transfer your reservation to another date. 

 

Reservation date transfers will be made at no additional charge (except for any price difference when transfer is to another city), provided that you notify us of your change at least four full days (96 hours) in advance of your original reservation date.  We regret that we must charge a $200 handling fee for reservation changes not received at least four full days (96 hours) in advance in order to cover meeting caterer and other costs that we incur for cancellations without more notice. In addition, if you transfer your registration to another date, you will no longer be eligible for a refund for any reason (even if the new date is cancelled or rescheduled); however, you remain eligible to transfer your registration to any available seminar date within a year. Your eligibility to use or transfer your seminar registration expires one year from the original registration date.
